Carefreeness + creativity make manifestation easy
(do you believe in manifestation?)
I see manifestation as a mixture of creativity and just being chill.
So this newsletter will ramble on about these things. It’s a bit different from my usual content, but it’s been top of mind recently.

First, what is manifestation exactly?
Manifestation is the process of attracting some potential situation to you by embodying that future and matching your current frequency with that of the vision you have.
And for me, manifesting simply combines two of my favorite things: creativity and carefreeness.
It requires creativity because it requires your imagination and visualization. You become like an actor and you must embody the emotions and behaviors of your script.
It requires carefreeness because manifestation needs detachment. It’s important to get to a place where you don’t care about the results, because it feels normal. You’re already living in the emotional state, as if it’s already happened. So you’re detached and carefree. When you’re attached, you create desire and separation.
It’s like this: you can’t expect to become a millionaire without first embodying the beliefs, thoughts, feelings and habits of someone who is (or is able to become) a millionaire.
The biggest mistake people make (I made) with manifesting (or sparking any lasting change) is staying in a place of desire and “want”.
When you’re in a state of want, you’re in a state of lack. Your subconscious focus is on what you do not yet have (thus the wanting).
But when you stay carefree and chill, you’re more detached.
The trick is to feel as if you already have what you want, to the point that you could care less if your manifestation even shows up or not. Because you’re already living as if it’s here.
And when your vision does arrive, you’re already so attuned and familiar with the emotions that it feels completely normal.
Because it’s not the thing that we want in manifestation. It’s the emotions and lifestyle that the thing affords. But we already have those emotions inside of us. So the move is to simply embody those emotions and that lifestyle ahead of the thing we’re trying to manifest.

But to pull off this Jedi mind trick, we first need to stop coming from a place of want or desire. And luckily, carefreeness helps a lot here.
Carefreeness is a form of detachment. And detachment gets rid of want and desire. So being chill actually amplifies your ability to attract things into your life.
So with that, go manifest some cool sh*t.
And if you’re new to this visualization thing, just have fun with it. Imagine you’re an artist creating or a traveler exploring the unknown with curiosity.
